Elementric AB is a Swedish technology company that develops connected leak sensors for the property industry. The company was founded in 2021 by Fredrik Lindell and Alexander Wheeler.
Elementric is registered in Sweden (reg. no. 559302-9092) with its headquarters in Västerås. The products, which are type-approved in Sweden in collaboration with RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, are developed and manufactured in Poland under a documented production control carried out by RISE.
Elementric won the SKAPA Award in the Västmanland region in 2023 — Sweden’s largest innovation competition. The company is certified and type-approved by RISE, and stands behind the only type-approved water alarm for LoRaWAN.

Elementric – First in Sweden with a Type-Approved Leak Detection Sensor
The new industry regulation 2026:1, which came into force at the turn of 2025/2026, means that kitchens in new-build properties and renovation projects must be equipped with certified leak detection sensors. Elementric currently offers the only solution in Sweden within our category that meets these requirements through type approval in accordance with the new regulations for this type of water alarm system
